Public sector equality duty
As Qualifications Wales is a public body, we are subject to the Equality Act 2010 and the Wales-specific equalities duties set out in the 2011 Regulations.
We have published our public sector equality data below, in open-source format.
Our Strategic Equality Objectives are outlined below along with regular progress reports. In 2022 we set our Anti-Racism action plan which identifies specific actions that we will take to help create an anti-racist Wales. This work underpins our overall Strategic Equality Objectives.
