How to complain about us
Qualifications Wales is committed to listening to any concerns or complaints you may have about how we have dealt with a matter.
In line with our Corporate Complaints Policy, we will refuse to deal with unreasonably persistent or vexatious complaints.
We will also refuse to deal with complaints in which the subject matter has already been dealt with under this policy, or another process, for example our Exam Procedure Review Service (EPRS) 2021.
