We are here to protect learners and the qualifications system, and we take complaints seriously. Complaints about an awarding body or a regulated qualification should be made in the first instance to the awarding body or where relevant the learning provider. 

If you have exhausted the awarding body’s complaints procedure and remain dissatisfied, however, you should bring the complaint to our attention. There’s more information here.
